Pay Your Bill Online with PayMyDoctor

PayMyDoctor is UroPartners' online bill payment service that allows patients to pay their bill with a credit or debit card. PayMyDoctor accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Expresss cards. To make a payment with PayMyDoctor, patients can create an account or choose the "pay your bill without logging in" option. We recommend patients to create a PayMyDoctor account, with an account patients are able to access their statement and payment history. Note* PayMyDoctor is a separate account to FollowMyHealth. The username and password that you may have for FollowMyHealth will not carry over to PayMyDoctor* 

How to Make a Payment

There are two ways you can pay your bill in PayMyDoctor: Create an Account or Pay Your Bill Without Logging In.

For both options of paying your bill with PayMyDoctor, you will need a statement. An example of a statement is shown below and highlights the required information to pay your bill. For more information on how to "Create an Account and Pay Your Bill" or "Pay Your Bill Without Logging In" see the options below.

Step 1

On, there is a Create An Account button on the right side of the page click Create an Account.



Step 2

On the next screen, you will need your client idaccount numberfive digit zip code and bill pay id from your statement. Type in the information in the text boxes that require this information. Then, you will need to create a username and password. Type in your preferred email address for this account and your mobile number. Once you have filled in the required information, verify that all the information is correct and click Next.



Step 3

After completing the online enrollment page, you are directed to your My Account page in PayMyDoctor. In this page, you will click the Pay My Bill button. 



Step 4

After clicking the Pay My Bill button, the new page will display two options for paying your bill. The two options are to Pay in Full or Partial Payment. Click either Pay in Full or Partial Payment to proceed to pay your bill. 

*Note you can view your statement on this page by clicking the PDF Icon under View Statements



Step 5

In the next screen, if you clicked Pay in Full, the Payment Amount input box will autopopulate with the amount due. If you clicked Partial Payment, the Payment Amount input box will be blank and you can type in the amount you would like to pay for this statement. When the correct payment amount is shown, click Continue



Step 6

The next page consists of inputting your payment method information. You will also need to enter your billing address information along with your email address and phone number. If you would like this card to be saved onto your account, check the Save this card to My Wallet, so I can reuse it for later payments box. After all the information has been entered, click Review your Payment.



Step 7

In the Review Your Payment page, double check that the information displayed on the page is correct. Once you have confirmed that the information is correct, click Submit.

Step 1

On, at the bottom right, there is a section that says "Pay your Bill without Logging In" click the Pay Now button.

Step 2

A new screen titled Quick Pay will appear, enter the information that is on your statement in the required fields. The information required are the client id, account number, five digit zip code and the bill pay id

Step 3

Once you have arrived at the Select Statements to Pay screen, your statement or statements will appear on this page. In the Payment Amount text box, you will need to type in the number that is displayed in the Amount Due column and then click Continue.



Step 4

In the Provide Payment Info screen, you will need to input your credit card or debit card information along with your billing address. Once all your information is typed in and looks correct, click Review Your Payment.



Step 5

In the Review Your Payment page, double check that the information displayed on the page is correct. Once you have confirmed that the information is correct, click Submit.
