How to Get Started
Joining is simple, but it does require a few steps to ensure your private data remains secure:
- The Invitation: While completing the registration for your appointment, you will be presented with a FollowMyHealth consent to join the portal. If you have consented to join the portal, you will receive an email that contains a link to register to the FollowMyHealth patient portal.
- The Registration Code: You will be prompted for an invitation code to verify your identity. This is typically the last four digits of your Social Security Number or your year of birth.
- The App: For the best experience, download the FollowMyHealth app (available on iOS and Android) so you can manage your urological health while on the go.
