UroPartners North Halsted Office Relocation

Effective November 1, 2025, the 3000 North Halsted UroPartners office will be relocating to a new suite within the North Halsted building near Illinois Masonic Hospital.

This move does not affect the Swedish Hospital and Skokie Hospital offices or any other UroPartners offices. It is part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible care and access to our services.
