Dr. Geoffrey Engel is a highly experienced, board-certified urologist who has provided compassionate, high-quality urologic care to patients in the Chicagoland area for more than four decades. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adult urologic conditions, with particular expertise in minimally invasive surgical care for benign prostate disease.

Dr. Engel completed the prestigious Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University, earning his medical degree in 1972. He went on to complete his urology residency and research fellowship at Northwestern University, finishing his advanced training in 1979. Following a two-year full-time academic appointment at Loyola University Medical Center, Dr. Engel entered private practice in 1981, where he has remained dedicated to patient-centered urologic care.

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and holds a part-time faculty appointment at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, reflecting his long-standing commitment to education and clinical excellence.

Dr. Engel is known for his thoughtful, conservative approach to care, taking time to listen to patients, explain treatment options clearly, and tailor care plans to individual needs.
