Daniel P. Dalton MD FACS
Urologist
-
“Dr. Dalton is my first choice for any urological treatment. Has been his patient for more years than I can count. Please don't think about retiring."
"In difficult times, Dr. was very responsive to my needs. He took extra time to help me better understand my current diagnosis and what I might expect in the future. I have great faith in his ability to continue to help me address my health challenge. He has developed and trained a very committed and capable support staff, which also contributes to the quality of my care."
Daniel P. Dalton MD FACS
After completing his urology training and a National Kidney Foundation Research Fellowship, Dr. Dalton joined the department in 1989. His current practice encompasses robotic and minimally invasive surgeries for the management of prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer. Starting in 2006, he was one of the first surgeons in the Midwest to perform robotic partial nephrectomies. Dr. Dalton also provides general urology care including management of urinary tract stones, prostate enlargement, and infections.
Dr. Dalton's practice setting in Arkes Pavilion continues the tradition of a private practice that has been in existence since the 1920's striving to provide personalized, individualized care. A recipient of teaching awards, he is also intimately involved in the education of urology residents and medical students.
