Aneta Maczuga, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who joined UroPartners in Spring 2023. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, thorough, and patient centered urologic care across both outpatient and hospital settings.

Aneta completed her Physician Assistant training at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois, where she earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago. Her education and clinical training prepared her to support patients with a wide range of urologic conditions through all stages of care.

As part of the UroPartners care team, Aneta provides inpatient, surgical, and outpatient services, working closely with urologists to ensure coordinated and high-quality care. She sees patients in the Schaumburg and Mount Prospect offices and provides care at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, St. Alexius Hospital, and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.

Patients appreciate Aneta’s attentive approach, clear explanations, and commitment to helping them feel informed and supported throughout their treatment.

Conditions Treated

Aneta assists in the evaluation and management of a wide range of adult urologic conditions, including:

  • Kidney stone symptoms and follow-up care with a focus on stone prevention
  • Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH / enlarged prostate)
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Urinary frequency, urgency, and discomfort
  • Hematuria (blood in the urine)
  • Urinary retention and bladder concerns
  • General urologic conditions affecting adult men and women

She collaborates closely with UroPartners physicians to ensure continuity of care and timely follow-up.

Procedures & Treatments

As a Physician Assistant, Aneta provides nonsurgical urologic care and supports both office based and hospital services, including:

  • Comprehensive urologic evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Pre and post operative patient care
  • Inpatient urology management and hospital rounding
  • Medication management for urologic conditions
  • Diagnostic testing coordination and review
  • Patient education and counseling

Her role helps improve access to care while supporting safe, effective treatment plans developed in partnership with the physician team.
