Alysa Gilmour, PAC, is a certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality urologic care to patients at UroPartners throughout the Chicagoland area. She is known for her patient-focused approach, clear communication, and commitment to individualized care.
Alysa earned both her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Butler University in Indianapolis, graduating with high honors. Her undergraduate education included minors in Neuroscience and Chemistry, providing a strong academic foundation for clinical decision-making.
She brings a broad and well-rounded clinical background with experience in emergency medicine, women’s health, general surgery, and internal medicine. This diverse training allows Alysa to thoughtfully evaluate urologic concerns, recognize related medical conditions, and support comprehensive care planning.
Alysa works closely with UroPartners physicians to ensure patients receive coordinated, evidence-based care. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, helping individuals understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps with confidence.

Alysa assists in the evaluation and management of a wide range of adult urologic conditions, including:
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH / enlarged prostate)
- Urinary frequency, urgency, and discomfort
- Kidney stone symptoms and follow-up care
- Overactive bladder
- Urinary incontinence
- Hematuria (blood in the urine)
- General urologic concerns in adult men and women
She works collaboratively with UroPartners urologists to help ensure accurate diagnosis and continuity of care.

As a Physician Assistant, Alysa provides nonsurgical urologic care and supports in office and outpatient services, including:
- Comprehensive urologic evaluations and follow-up visits
- Patient education and counseling on urologic conditions
- Medication management for urinary and bladder conditions
- Pre and post procedure care coordination
- Diagnostic testing coordination and review
- Support for office based urologic procedures
Her role focuses on improving access to care, enhancing patient understanding, and supporting treatment plans developed in collaboration with the physician team.
